Mikael Gial, who once worked in the city, dreamed of living in the countryside. He took a job in the Tarn region's national park, and in 2021, his journey of making his own wine began. He says he loves walking through the vineyards on rainy days. For him, rain is the source of life, a force that makes nature beautifully come alive. It's a pure heart that one might forget while living in the city.

The wines he creates are indeed full of vitality. When you take a sip, it feels as though a burst of umami is released, overwhelming you with its presence and undeniable impact.
