Pinot Noir is called  Spatburgunder in Germany. This producer's lineup shows that apart from  Spatburgunder, they also produce another Pinot Noir. The main difference between the two wines is whether they are made in the traditional way or using Burgundian methods such as whole cluster fermentation. As a result of the comparison, "Spatburgunder" won hands down. I thought that they didn't have to make the "Pinot Noir"...

It has a soft spread of peach nuance and cherry aroma, and the acidity is beautifully across the palate.
