When it's hot, we tend to drink sparkling or white wine, but sometimes we still want a glass of red wine. The Monastrell grape variety is a fairly robust and austere type of wine, but this wine has almost no austerity and is fruity and approachable. It does not lose its deliciousness even when chilled quite firmly. It is also an excellent match with bonito, which is delicious in summer.
