The southwestern region of southern France is not only known for its rich, concentrated wines. Dame de Sarraci is a little-known producer in Gaillac that makes excellent wines with local varietals and local characteristics and climate.

The wine has a very elegant finish, with a fruity aroma and spiciness that seems to be a concentration of fine textures. The presence itself is so natural that you almost pass by it without noticing its quality, as if it is so elegant that it is muffling its presence. It's okay if you pass by it once.
