He has thoroughly studied Burgundy winemaking, and has successfully applied the best of Burgundy to the cool Yarra Valley Pinot Noir. It is a wonderful Pinot that spreads a softness that accompanies its nobility, and its deliciousness seems to spread throughout the body.
