Aurelien, who owns numerous vineyards in areas such as Vosne-Roman仔 and Gevrey-Chambertin, offers this wine as a starting point. If you try this first and feel its depth, you will likely want to try the village-level wines as well. It has refined and mellow flavors, with aromas of raspberry, pomegranate, and damp forest, and beautifully integrated acidity.
