Very rarely, when you drink a great Burgundy, you are overwhelmed by its structure and depth, and even though this wine is from a wide class, you can catch a glimpse of it.

Aurelien has many vineyards in Vosne-Romanée and Gevrey-Chambertin, but if you try this first and feel the size of the vineyard, you will probably want to try the village name class as well. It is elegant and round with aromas of raspberry, pomegranate, and moist forest, blended with beautiful acidity.
