The Côte des Bar, located in the southern part of the Champagne region, accounts for one-fourth of the region’s total vineyard area. Because it lies about 100 km from the major wine-producing areas in the north, it was once excluded from the boundaries of Champagne, and it still carries a somewhat rustic image. However, it has recently given rise to free-spirited and imaginative Champagnes, making it a region to watch in the future.

This Champagne was produced in collaboration with a cooperative under the supervision of Clément, the head of the Picone family. It offers a clean palate with vibrant aromas of orange blossoms and fruit.
