"Ripasso" is a premium wine from norhern Italy made from partially dried grapes. It is positioned as a kind of second-press wine, created by reusing the pomace left from Amarone production, allowing you to enjoy some of Amarone's luxurious character at about half the price.  It offers rich aromas of dried fruit, such as prunes, along with fragrant notes derived from oak. At the same time, it retains a pure, transparent quality. Its soft texture makes it easy to enjoy in a relaxed setting. If Amarone is like dressing up in formal attire, this wine feels more like slipping into a casual pair of jeans.
