Both the fruit and the tannins are gentle.

During university days, Larry, with whom I studied horticulture, and his wife run the Western Australian producer Larry Cherubino. Based on the belief that a “good wine” is completed by letting go to a certain extent, they practice organic cultivation to achieve a soft fruit character.

After the fruit, herbal notes appear along with nuances of milk chocolate, and everything blends together. The tannins are also soft, leaving a gentle, mellow mouthfeel until the very end.
