Rossignol-Février offers a reassuring taste with its classic, traditional Burgundy style. This rare Pommard is produced from a cultivation area of only 0.25 ha. Its rich fruit evokes red cherry and strawberry. The acidity and tannins, which can be clearly felt and which balance the abundant fruit, are extremely high in quality. With a softly perceived floral nuance, it brings a happy feeling as if receiving a bouquet of flowers.
