At this tasting event, we will present a carefully curated selection of ten distinct varieties.

As a special highlight, we are also featuring a premium Canadian icewine! Due to climate change and global warming, harvesting frozen grapes has become exceptionally difficult—making this an incredibly rare, "elusive" wine that can no longer even be produced every year. We invite you to take this opportunity to savor a truly miraculous drop, defined by its exquisite sweetness and elegant acidity.
