Modern Soul, Ancestral Roots
Chateau Marechaux, founded in 1964 by Raymond Mingo, is now carried on by his grandson, Julian Mingo. During his training in Chile, Julian was inspired by winemaking that was free from traditional constraints. Upon returning home, he began creating wines that are bold and unrestrained. This white wine, however, reflects his dedication to continuing the family tradition.
It has the refreshing zest of hassaku (a type of citrus), yet its smooth, milky texture gives the impression of being touched by Julian's gentle heart, who strives to preserve his family's heritage.
