Faced with the devastating effects of yesca, a vine disease caused by dampness, Javier Rodriguez turned to the resilience of the grapevines themselves. Embracing biodynamic farming methods, he nurtured the vines back to their natural vitality, and from this renewal, a remarkable wine was born, crafted with deep respect for nature's abilityto heal. 

On the palate, a fine, powdery astringency gently settles on the tongue, gracefullydefining the wines structure. Layers of ripe fruit unfold alongside delicate whispers of oak, resulting in a taste that is both satisfying and elegantly composed.
