At age 50, a turning point in life

Mr. Barrault, who was originally a successful wine consultant, finally decided that teaching others to make wine was no longer enough, and at the age of 50, he turned to his own life. When he finally turned oenologist in 2010, he chose the Loire, where he inherited part of the vineyard of Nicolas Joly, a biodynamic guru with whom he had a close friendship. Originally famous as a consultant, his wines were so popular around the world that it took quite some time before they were imported to Japan.

The taste is well known for its quality. The ripe apple nuance and acidity are well balanced, with a broad attack and round texture that is gradually felt as extract and leads to a delicious flavor.
