A Bordeaux that feels like Alsace

Even though it’s a Bordeaux wine, I thought the grape varieties were unfamiliar—but it turns out they are rare, disease-resistant varieties that were developed recently. The taste is also more aromatic, reminding me of Alsace rather than Bordeaux.

The bright aromas of mango, lychee, and pineapple, along with an exotic hint like ginger, keep the drinker excited from the first sip to the finish. It pairs perfectly with ethnic cuisine.
