This wine, made from the Grüner Veltliner grape variety and possessing a high extract sensation that greatly exceeds any preconceptions about the variety, is a special bottle that connects the time axes of the present, past, and future—composed of three generations, three plots, and three different maturations. The rich, layered fruit recalls ripe citrus, with acidity supporting the entire structure. In the mid-palate and beyond, herbal and savory nuances emerge, and the drinker, swept away by the leisurely, expansive finish, finds themselves already dancing in the palm of Johannes’s hand.
