Some of the trendy 'natural wines' are only conceptual and of questionable quality. The term 'natural wine' should not be an excuse for bad wine. Our goal is to make clean, delicious wines." I strongly agree with the words of Victor, the fourth generation head of the winery.

True to his word, the wines are clean and full of flavor. The wine is rich with yellow fruit nuances, and the aftertaste lingers like a wave on the palate. This is the real "natural" wine.
