Ngeringa's new Petnat (Petillant Naturele), which is definitely delicious no matter what you make. Again, I fell in love with it.

The gentle bubbles and pink grapefruit aromas harmonize to create a softly spreading view of the world that is almost addictive. I can't help but fantasize about drinking it against the backdrop of a slightly blurry and gentle sunset, just like the color of the wine, and being healed.
