 Les Vins Debrouillards“” is a winery founded in 2020 by Charles from the United States and Yoshiko from Nagano. Their vineyards in the Kataoka area of Shiojiri overlook the Japanese Alps, with fresh air and the scents of earth, flowers, and wild grasses all around.

This red wine captures that gentle atmosphere with fresh, savory flavors. We tasted it in Nagano ourselves and decided to bring it into the shop.
