The moment I put this mead in my mouth, the fresh, perfumed floral aroma combined with the elegant sweetness of honey made me feel as if a fairy had descended to lead me into a world of sweetness. It was not love at first sight, but love at first bite.

Eric Bossick, an American who was fascinated by honey, arrived in Japan as his ideal home. Using honey from various regions of Japan, he carefully crafts mead (honey wine) using the magic of oak barrels and yeast to maximize the flavor of the ingredients.
