A Naughty Popping Sparkling
First of all, I would like to tell you that when you open the bottle, it always spurts out, so please lay the bottle on its side and gently uncork it. If you open the bottle carelessly, 1/3 of the bubbles will come out. Even with such a wine, there is no substitute for other bubbles.
This is a new type of sparkling wine that combines the lively acidity of a local grape called Durella with the delicious taste of lees, and the producer says that it is still considered a project wine. I am extraordinarily excited about this naughty wine.

「横にして抜栓してください」とありましたが王冠タイプなので横にして抜栓が思いつかず、普通に抜栓したら上から泡を被ることになってしまいました…が、旨味がありワインとしてとても美味しいです。時間が経って泡が飛んでもそれはそれで飲めます。夏なので泡ものも少しは買いましたが正直スパークリングワインにあまり思い入れがありません。このスプマンテはシャンパーニュの高級感はありませんが、綺麗なだけのシャンパーニュよりは個人的にはこちらが好きです。
