A white sparkling wine with notes of red fruit.

To ensure that the vineyards, passed down since the 17th century, can be handed on in healthy condition to future generations, twelfth-generation owner Jean-Ren Bliès made the transition to fully organic farming. He partnered with Christophe Constant, often described as a genius of Champagne production. Built on a strong relationship of trust between the two, Bliès has achieved remarkable improvements in quality.

The wine opens with aromas of fully ripened red cherry and cranberry, and shows an excellent balance between power and acidity.
