「横にして抜栓してください」とありましたが王冠タイプなので横にして抜栓が思いつかず、普通に抜栓したら上から泡を被ることになってしまいました…が、旨味がありワインとしてとても美味しいです。時間が経って泡が飛んでもそれはそれで飲めます。夏なので泡ものも少しは買いましたが正直スパークリングワインにあまり思い入れがありません。このスプマンテはシャンパーニュの高級感はありませんが、綺麗なだけのシャンパーニュよりは個人的にはこちらが好きです。
