“Saignée,” the name of this wine, comes from a rosé winemaking method. Because of this, it has a deep color and a rich, satisfying taste. You could start with a toast using this rosé and even enjoy it throughout the entire course, all the way to the main dish.　

The aroma is floral, like rose petals. Within its fine, lively bubbles, you’ll find layers of wild strawberry, hazelnut, spice, and a hint of smokiness. On the palate, the bubbles are smooth and creamy, blending beautifully into the wine.
