This ros wine is made from a rare variety called Plied Picudo, which is difficult to grow and was once abandoned by producers.

This ros wine has a seductive red-pick color, but it is also full of charm when drunk. It has a slippery attack, as if the transparency of an aceraro or pomegranate were made into a jelly. It does not stop there, but leaves a mark on the drinker's mind with its molasses-like thickness, spiciness, and finally a firm astringent taste.
