Neither Blanc (White wine) nor Rouge (Red wine), "BLOUGE" is  an emerging wine style that is gaining attention as a new generation of wine. Sitting somewhere between a red and a rose, it offers a unique balance in both color and flavor. 

 Light and refreshing with the clarity and juiciness of watermelon, it is supported by a gentle touch of tannin that adds structure and a satisfying mouthfeel. Its well-balanced character makes it an excellent match for wide range of dishes, from appetizers to main courses.
