As a quintessential aromatic wine, being made from the Gewurztraminer grape, I was expecting a perfume-like flavor even before taking a sip. However, I was deeply impressed by the aroma and depth of flavor that far exceeded my expectations. I spent ten minutes struggling to recall what fruit this aroma resembled, and the answer was mangosteen, known as the queen of fruits.

Not only the aroma, but also the concentration, depth, and smooth texture were all top-notch. Its exotic and mellow nuances make it a perfect match with green curry.
