Stéphane and Valentine met in Bordeaux and are a young couple who began making wine in Stéphane’s hometown of Beaujolais. Just before bottling their first wine to be released to the world in 2021, they discovered a plot within the same vineyard of Les Labours that had a different taste. They quickly decided to name it "Face B" and release it as a separate product — this is how this cuvée began. It is a so-called “B-side” wine.

With a light attack and a bright aroma reminiscent of lemon tea, it offers a smooth mouthfeel and delicate nuances that convey the couple’s love for this land.
