It is a slightly effervescent wine, a so-called pet-nat, but it is a wine that can be enjoyed twice as a white wine after the bubbles have been released.

The cloudy liquid mixed with lees settled at the bottom of the bottle is packed with flavor. Aromas of pear and grapefruit and a pleasant bitterness resonate through the dry mouthfeel. It seems like it would be downed in a flash, but don't finish it! Please enjoy it the next day when the bubbles are gone.
