The family, who used to do winemaking in-house, went through a period of switching to specializing only in grape cultivation, and as a winery, they released a sparkling wine with secondary fermentation in the bottle in 2014.

This wine, named "Frank Wine," was made as a still white wine after canceling the planned lightly sparkling wine due to frost damage in 2024. Its fresh and refreshing acidity and gentle fruitiness make it a wine true to the essence of the grape, just as its name suggests. Its level of perfection, which makes you feel like you could drink it endlessly, is such a gem that you would almost want to thank the frost damage.
