Even though Gewurztraminer is famous for its rose aroma, the nuances are slightly different between northern Italy and Alsace. This wine is a twangy wine, with gorgeous flavors of roses, lychee, cinnamon, and white peach, followed by a sense of translucent minerality, followed by tangy ginger nuances.
