Description:
Pairing with fried foods
A winery located in the seaside town of Senigallia.
The wine name “Glarus” means “seagull” in Bulgarian, the language of the owner’s wife’s hometown. Like a seagull that stays on the rocks in both calm and rough seas, a freely flying seagull is shown on the label.
This wine has flavors of honey-marinated citrus, followed by a slight sea-like nuance, and finishes with a pleasant complexity like biting into a plum seed from plum wine. It pairs perfectly with fried foods such as tonkatsu and karaage.
