The future is bright

Ulterior is a project focused on indigenous grape varieties and looks toward the “future” of viticulture. It is filled with the vision of the young producer Elías. Each variety displays its own shining individuality, and this wine is made from 100% of the local grape Tinto Velasco.

Through aging, the softened tannins and texture intertwine with the transparent fruit flavors, resulting in an elegant finish. A slight bitterness acts as an accent and makes it easy to enjoy with food. It pairs excellently with tomato dishes.
