“The wines of the region are named after Alphonse de Lamartine, a Romantic poet who is well known in France, and Alphonse is depicted on the cuvée. The white and red wine labels depict Alphonse with a serious face, but only the rosé wine has a mischievous wink with his tongue sticking out, which is very charming.

The taste is very fresh, with aromas of white peaches and watermelon and a refreshing acidity, just like a white wine.”
