Bordeaux is famous for its red wines, but in fact, its white wines are also excellent. It is a blend of many different varieties, but the skill of blending the individual characteristics together is as good as it gets in Bordeaux.

This wine, in particular, is a Grave Blanc that is lightly made from Sémillon grapes and has a good balance of soft fruity taste, tight acidity and minerality.
