Sauvignon Blanc is a variety that is made and loved around the world, but this wine is the quintessence of fine Sauvignon, and it is a pleasant surprise to find that the elements one looks for in a Sauvignon have been more than doubled.

The aromas are seemingly endless, with notes of muscat and celeriac as well as the so-called citrus aromas. Hats off to the wine's depth of character, which can simultaneously accept not only the crisp impression, but also all the conflicting nuances from the gentle flavor component.
