Fresh dry white wine
Grape:100% Gruener Veltliner
Region:Austlia> Kamptal
Notes: Biodynamic
Description:
One of the finest sites in the Kamptal, Lamm takes its name not from young sheep grazing, but rather from the subsoil: Laam is a local dialect word meaning loam. This loam together with the loess in this site on the southeastern flank of the Heiligenstein makes for a deep and fertile soil, and the site's distinctive character is enhanced by the microclimate of the south-facing slope. Together these factors render the vineyard ideal for producing extremely expressive multi-layered Gruener Veltliners, with plenty of substance and texture.
