This Grüner Veltliner, made from a single vineyard called Gottschel, has a crisp, sharpened minerality that is the ideal type of Grüner.

But the scale of this wine is much more than just that. The wine has a core of soft fruitiness that is paired with a sense of freshness, so that after drinking, you feel a three-dimensional structure in your mouth. The lingering white peppery nuances are beautiful on the long finish.
