コンドリューのイメージからヴィオニエは苦手めの品種ですが、ヴィオニエの良い点を生かしつつ、嫌みなく飲みやすいワインになっています。ドライでほどよい苦みがあるため、苦みを持つ春野菜との相性も良さそうで、個人的には春夏の食卓で活躍するワインだと思いました。こちらもとてもいいワインです。
