Ausonia, a couple that carefully crafts wines to express the land of Abruzzo in Italy, was going to make a wine called MACHAON with a butterfly label, a regular favorite at THE WINERY, but the alcoholic fermentation stopped halfway through. The wine was unfiltered and finished as a product.

It is a wine that is young and has a tangy taste, but has a lingering flavor like candy cane, which is delicious and can be enjoyed early! It is only because we are always serious about wine that we are able to turn troubles into opportunities for new product development.
