After the elegant flavor of small white flowers blooming in the field, a gentle nuance of white peach comes down in a flurry. The acidity and minerality are well balanced, and the soft, pleasantly persistent mouthfeel is like freshly shaved ice with a hint of peach flavor.

Soave is a representative of Italian white wines. I haven't had this wine much recently because it is too traditional and I didn't feel anything new about it, but I am thankful for its elegant taste at this price.
