Edward, a career dentist with a deep passion for food and wine, started his career as a restaurant owner and then moved beyond the realm of wine enthusiast.

Their passion for Pinot Noir is evident in their wines. The finish is wonderful, reminiscent of Burgundy, the hometown of this grape variety. The herbiness of the fruit is very elegant, and the earthiness and savory notes are pleasant on the finish, giving it even more depth. Undoubtedly one of New Zealand's best in quality, and a moderately priced lucky wine. Long live the overzealous connoisseur!
