Wine classification bias, ball-busting!

I tasted the wine with a challenging mind, thinking that this price is quite aggressive for a wine without any upper Burgundy classification at all, and I took my hat off to the aroma and flavor. I felt ashamed of myself for having a prejudice against this wine based on its rating.

The cuv仔 "La Millotte" is only made in good years. It is a soft Pinot Noir with a smooth mouthfeel and elegance. The wine has a delicious honey-like flavor and concentration, and even when drunk young, it does not feel stiff at all, but gently welcomes the drinker.
